General Policies

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. If we are unable to ship within that time, we will notify you. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be processed until the next business day.

Free ground shipping is offered on orders over $50.00 shipped within the continental United States.

Note: Free shipping does not apply to orders given a quantity discount.

Shipping cost are NOT refundable, unless the mistake is ours.

FREE shipping applies to most orders. There will be additional shipping charges added to large items as well as some glass shades. Please call us for specific items.

We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:

Florida residents will be charged 6.5 % sales tax, unless a Florida tax number can be provided. Call our customer service for more information.

Order Cancellation Policies

Any order can be canceled before it is shipped without a charge to the customer.

Return Policies

Merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange without prior authorization. You must inform us of your intent to return merchandise within 7 days of receipt. Upon receipt of returned merchandise you will be given credit for your order.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
